The short answer is yes, if your accounting system is cloud-based and has a published API. However, most of the main accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) support integration with WooCommerce via a pre-built plugin, so we don't often need to write a custom integration to do this unless you need more than is offered via the standard plugin.
Need a Custom Web App?
WordPress is a great platform for building websites, but sometimes the best solution is to create something from scratch.
Whether you need a custom web application, or an integration between WordPress and something else, we can help.
Examples our team has worked on include:
- A custom online booking system build with PHP.
- A drop shipping app built with Laravel for a WooCommerce customer that allowed them to select which orders should be sent to their supplier for fulfilment, and from which warehouse each order should be sent from (so they could reduce their shipping and delivery times.
- A custom Xero integration with a third-party ecommerce platform.
- A custom WordPress plugin to meet a customer requirement when no existing solution could be found.

Can you integrate WooCommerce with our accounting system?
What software development languages do you use?
I need to integrate WooCommerce with another platform. Can you help?
Yes we can, as long as the platform you need to integrate with WooCommerce has an API with good documentation. It may also depend on what data you want to pass between WooCommerce and the other platform.
